What is your understanding of gender?

In my eyes gender primarily means "identity" and the "consciousness" with which you perceive yourself. Neither is necessarily linked to biological characteristics or a stereotypical role. Today the boundaries between the "genders" are fluid in their individual expression.

What is your understanding of gender inequality?

I think that even in our modern, open-minded and transparent world, that

social characteristics between the genders are among the major inequalities such as B. in the job when paying and especially in the family, regardless of whether girls or women can be found. With the dissolution of stereotypical gender roles, m. E. this effect and manifests itself through intolerance and discrimination.

What is your personal opinion about gender non-binary?

For me, the non-binary gender identity is the logical consequence of centuries of oppression from outside and (self) defamation of one's own “true” identity. The oppressed part of the sex looks for an outlet and creates expression. I would therefore go so far as to say that, strictly speaking, the "third sex", which is neither exclusively male nor female, is an evolutionary development of the original gender spectrum, which has known only two conditions over millennia.

What is your understanding of intersectionality?

Intersectionality usually occurs in the context of gender when the expression and expression of the individual gender do not meet the generally accepted norms of a society. What is completely normal for one society is what is considered a betrayal of its own species in others. And even in modern cultural circles it happens again and again that one gender, usually the “male” feels superior to the other, but in the context of homosexuality, or precisely because of this, shows a downright homophobic behavior.

What are the 3 most important factors for a

gender inclusive society?
