What is your understanding of gender?

"two" humans with different genitals

What is your understanding of gender inequality?

· the inequality between men and women for example based on earnings, in general the inequality on the labour market

· women not being accepted for jobs that are "men work", like motor vehicle mechatrtonics technicians or electronic technicians - the other way around with men

What is your personal opinion about gender non-binary?

· it doesn't matter if a person were physically born as a man or woman and doesn't feel masculine nor feminine. This person is still a human. There are no rules that say we have to feel and behave in a certain way how an "actual woman/man" does.

What is your understanding of intersectionality?

· a combination of descrimination against personal caracteristics and maybe a current situation

Can you name any significant inequalities in your country?

· gender inequalities

· income inequalities

· social inequalities (between rich and poor, but it got a lot better )

What are the 3 most important factors for a gender inclusive society?

· respectful interaction with each other

· socializing with friends and family

· role models
