What is your understanding of gender?
Gender is defining a person as a part of a group of people, who has some physical, emotional, psychological and different other equality in the traditional understanding of the things.
What is your understanding of gender inequality?
Gender inequality is for me the different opportunities by the reason of being a part of a different gender group. Given difficulties or chances because of the habit to handle the gender in some particular way.
What is your personal opinion about gender
non-binary?
My opinion on the gender non-binary is absolutely neutral. Every person has in itself the mixture of attitudes, which make him/her/it unique. And if the person is feeling itself in a wrong physical body, than it has a right to follow its own way to feel better.
What is your understanding of intersectionality?
Intersectionality I understand as a form of discrimination by the reason of availability in the person, which will be discriminated, any to attitudes, which are used to be considered non-standard, non-traditional, deviating from norm, by personal non-acceptance of any things.
Can you name any significant inequalities in your country?
Payment by the performing of the comparable jobs on comparable positions. Allocation of the range of home work to the genders. Using the stamps like “man shall be strong”, “woman is weak” and all consequences out of it.
What are the 3 most important factors for a
gender inclusive society?
1. Openness to the diversity
2. Education and investments in awareness
3. No segregation into the groups, no stamps
