What is your understanding of gender?

Gender is a social construct that an individual adheres to. Gender is separate from sex.

What is your understanding of gender inequality?

Gender inequality is based upon the difference in opportunity there is between those with different genders.

What is your personal opinion about gender non-binary?

I believe that a person should be able to do what makes them most satisfied with their lives and not be judged for it. Live and let live.

What is your understanding of intersectionality?

Intersectionality is the relationship between subjects such as race, gender and socio-economic status and how they interact.

Can you name any significant inequalities in your country?

There is a culture of intolerance that receives a lot of media attention across race, religion, sex, gender and class.

What are the three most important factors for gender inclusive society?

Knowledge, kindness and empathy
