Sustainable Food System – What is that?

A sustainable food system is above all about creating a balance in terms of resources, not only in terms of ecology, but also to ensure that everyone can reach the minimum level of supply. 

This also applies to the agricultural culture of the respective regions. How do all people obtain high-quality food? Only sustainable agriculture can ensure this. The focus here is on innovative and future-oriented agriculture that is not based on outdated framework conditions. The challenges are ecological, strategic, political, economic and social. Accordingly, a good, balanced system must be understood not only by the individual, but also from the perspective of producers, political leaders and companies.
